If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility

- All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- You have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide:
- A prepaid return label
- Clear return instructions
- A smooth and secure return process
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will either:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund at no additional cost
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used wellness or skincare devices
- Products showing wear, alteration, or misuse
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final-sale products
- Perishable or consumable items, such as serums, gels, or supplements
Exchanges
To exchange an item for another model or color:
- Return the original item
- Once your refund is processed, place a new order
This helps ensure faster processing and product availability.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have a 14-day cooling-off period.
During this time, unused items may be returned for a full refund without providing a reason.
Conditions:
- The product must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that some banks or payment providers may take additional time to process and display the refund in your account.
